About Our Team
The company was founded by Lawrence Liner who is the current President of American Tours and Travel. He has been involved in the travel industry for 49 years operating tours to Europe, Las Vegas, ski tours to the Adirondacks, Pocono Mountains and Vermont and is also the founder of The All American Music Festival.
The company is co-owned with his wife Robyan Liner. Robyan has been in the industry for 34 years working for the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas and with American Tours and Travel. She has been responsible for all the organization and scheduling of the All American Music Festival, which includes hiring adjudicators, ordering trophies and being on site at the Music Festival.
Larry and Robyan Liner have always enjoyed the travel industry, especially the student market. It keeps them up to date with the current changes in music, fashion and we have a good time operating the Music Festivals and enjoy the fresh faces of the young musicians.
Each member of our team sells to the student market and also has a specific niche in operating the company. When the Music Festival takes place, we all come together as a team with each one having a specific position at the Music Festival from meeting the groups, taking them to warm-up, leading them to the performance area and overseeing their well being.
Our company is unique to the industry because our team is made up of people who have at least 15 years with the company.
Our employees are dedicated to the business and work very hard to provide the best service to our customers. We are different as we think of ourselves as a family, not just a company. We have several outings together, celebrate birthdays, weddings, births and holidays.
We go out of our way to find the best prices and accommodations for our customers and treat everyone as if they were the only customer. We take great pride in the service we provide as it is a reflection on each one of us. We continue to work and grow together as a team with a definite purpose.
