Don’t Have Much Time?

If your group has only a few hours to spare, Orlando has plenty of attractions that can be seen in half a day or less. These include places like Ripley’s Believe it or Not!, WonderWorks, Gatorland, Cirque du Soleil, Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows, Pirate’s Dinner Adventure, Medieval Times, and more. Also, if your group will be visiting Orlando during the warm late Spring and Summer months, visit one of the area s many water parks, such as Wet ‘n Wild, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, or SeaWorld’s Aquatica.

Just Outside the City

If your group will be in the Orlando area for more than a couple days, there are dozens of attractions within driving distance. Some of these include:

New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach

About an hour outside of Orlando, along Florida’s east coast is a beautiful stretch of beach which spans the distance between New Smyrna and Daytona. Your students can enjoy a day filled with sun and surf, building sandcastles and playing paddleball, topped off with a stop at New Smyrna’s famous Frozen Gold ice cream shop. For those who travel from out-of-state, a day trip to the beach can offer many students a first-time ocean experience.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

It is considered one of the best zoos in the country, and is home to many endangered and rare animal species. Experience one-of-a-kind thrills on the Montu, Gwazi, and Congo River Rapids.
