Jeanie joined American Tours & Travel, Inc. as a Sales Associate in 1989. Currently, she is the Office Manager and a vital team member in the day-to-day operation of a very busy office. Originally, from Iowa, Jeanie and her husband Scott enjoy being grandparents as well as antiquing on the weekends.
“Jag” and her family moved from Oregon to Orlando well over 29 years ago. Transitioning from a career in Human Resources, she joined American Tours and Travel, Inc. in 1997 as Reservation Manager and is responsible for contracting group room rates and maintaining room blocks. Her favorite trip experiences include visiting Alaska, Western US, and The British Virgin Islands.
After finishing his degree in Communication from the University of Louisville, Tim began his 25-year career in the Travel and Hospitality Industry as a Orlando based resort representative. In addition, he has multiple years of airline experience which makes a perfect fit in his role as an air Group Sales Manager. In the off-season, Tim enjoys travel to the Caribbean.
Don graduated from Florida State University, with a degree in Music Education. He has been a part of the American Tours & Travel team for over 18 years, working as a Sales Associate. About 4 years ago, he became the Director of the All American Music Festival. Don’s extensive experience organizing student tours makes him an integral part of the trip planning process.
Jenee began her career as a Tour Guide over 20 years ago with American Tours & Travel and is now the General Manager, responsible for the overall business operation. Prior to travel management, she worked for a Big 8 accounting firm. One of two Oregon transplants in the office, Jenee enjoys travel, grandchildren, cooking and baking cakes.
Dan is American Tours and Travel’s Destination Services Specialist and has been with the company for the past twenty years and specializes in destinations throughout the United States and Canada including New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, San Antonio, St. Louis, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Montreal. Prior to working with American, Dan was involved in the Orlando hospitality industry, and taught school locally.
As a native Floridian and in Orlando since 1968, Linda’s first job was at Walt Disney World, where she learned it was the value of a quality product with great customer service that make people happy. It is this reason that Linda joined American Tours & Travel, Inc in 1990 as a Sales/Operations Manager, where the top priority is the satisfaction of their customers along with providing top quality service. The thing that Linda finds most rewarding by the smiles on the faces of each tour participant year after year!
